About

About Steve O'Donnell

Steve O'Donnell is a physiotherapist with dual qualifications in Physiotherapy and Nursing and an accredited ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. He works with active adults, gym-goers, sporting individuals and post-surgical clients who want to rebuild strength and return confidently to training, sport or everyday life.

Steve combines hands-on physiotherapy with evidence-based rehabilitation and structured exercise programming, focusing on the underlying contributors to pain rather than symptoms alone. He uses movement assessment including the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and stays current with techniques such as blood flow restriction training.

His background as an experienced theatre and peri-operative registered nurse gives him particular insight into helping clients prepare for surgery and navigate post-operative rehabilitation with confidence. Steve also provides sports physiotherapy to the clinic's affiliated football and soccer teams.
