Read more →Yes. Before commencing classes, you will start with a 1:1 assessment so your physiotherapist can build a program design specifically for your needs and goals. EQUIP begins with three 1:1 studio sessions; F.I.T., MOVE and GLA:D each begin with one.
A maximum of six, so your physiotherapist can supervise everyone properly.
Private health rebates apply to all four classes. Group sessions use item code T560 and initial 1:1 sessions T500 — check your level of cover with your fund.
If you are unsure, book an assessment and your physiotherapist will recommend one. As a rough guide: EQUIP for rehab and control, F.I.T. for strength and conditioning, MOVE for the over 50s, and GLA:D specifically for hip or knee osteoarthritis.
