Kelsey graduated from University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours).
She has extensive experience working with sporting teams and athletes, including:
- Head Physiotherapist – Goodwood Saints Division 1 Women’s Football Team (SAAFL)
- Head Physiotherapist – Metro Jets Premier League Netball
Her involvement in high-level women’s team sport has further developed her expertise in managing sporting injuries and supporting female athletes across both rehabilitation and performance contexts.
Athlete Perspective
As a competitive marathon runner herself, Kelsey understands the physical and mental demands of endurance training and the importance of balancing performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
Her own sporting background and extensive experience previously as a leading KX Pilates instructor, gives her valuable insight into helping runners and athletes return confidently to training after injury.
Personal Interests
Outside the clinic, Kelsey enjoys marathon running, Pilates, high-intensity interval training, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
