As a Level 4 DMA Clinical Pilates physiotherapist, Sean takes a practical, movement-focused approach to helping clients recover from injury, build strength and return confidently to work, sport and everyday activity.

Scott Palmer

Scott is a Titled APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist with over 25 years of experience helping runners, cyclists, and active individuals overcome injury and perform at their best. A 5x IRONMAN finisher with advanced expertise in running injuries, sports rehabilitation, and bike fitting, Scott has extensive experience working with athletes from recreational to elite level.

Erin O’Donnell (Ly)

Erin is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with more than 15 years across private practice, hospital and community settings. She has a broad clinical background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation, TMJ management, neurological rehabilitation and NDIS-related care, and is passionate about providing clear, individualised support to help clients move and feel better.

Steve O’Donnell

With a background in both physiotherapy and nursing, Steve has a strong understanding of injury management, post-surgical rehabilitation and active recovery. He is experienced working with Elite sports people and high level athletes through Cross-Fit and group training gyms. He is an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach and enjoys helping clients improve strength, confidence and function through clear, practical rehabilitation.

Kelsey Searle

Kelsey is a Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports injuries, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, women’s health and Pilates-based rehabilitation. As a keen marathon runner and experienced sports physio, she understands the importance of helping clients recover well, build confidence and return to the activities they enjoy.

Joanna Arnold

Jo has a background in exercise and sports science and a Master of Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia. She has additional training in Pilates, dry needling and sports physiotherapy, and is also GLA:D certified, with a special interest in helping people manage hip and knee osteoarthritis through education, exercise and practical rehabilitation.

Chloe Wedd

Chloe is passionate about helping clients recover from injury, manage pain and stay active through evidence-based treatment and tailored rehabilitation. As a keen runner, cyclist and swimmer, she understands the importance of movement, training consistency and helping people return confidently to the activities they enjoy.

Michael Skouroumounis

Michael is a Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sporting injuries, muscle and joint pain, and active rehabilitation. With a background in Australian Rules football and a love of golf and strength training, Michael understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of returning to activity safely and confidently.
