We are conveniently located just south of the Adelaide CBD in the heart of Goodwood, now at 93 Goodwood Rd.

The Physio Studio provides physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, pilates, massage and podiatry services to the surrounding suburbs including Millswood, Forestville, Glandore, Black Forest, Hyde Park, Unley, Malvern, Ashford, Cumberland Park, Kings Park and Clarence Park.

Convenient Parking

Off street parking is conveniently located in adjacent side streets or behind the Goodwood Library, accessed via Florence St or Rosa St, Goodwood.

Opening Hours Monday and Wednesday 8AM – 8PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8AM – 5PM Saturday 8AM – 12:30PM

We offer early morning, evening and Saturday appointment times for your convenience.

Appointment times We routinely allow 40-minutes for initial consultations to ensure we are able to thoroughly assess your problem, explain our findings and implement the most appropriate treatment. Our standard follow-up appointments are 30-minutes, ensuring you receive the attention and quality of service you deserve.

Easy Payment HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities are available on-site to process direct payments from your health fund and enable easy one-step account payment.

Health Fund Rebates Physiotherapy and massage consultations and our physiotherapist run pilates classes are eligible for a rebate through private health extras policies.
