Sophie graduated from UniSA in 2014 and brings her passion for sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to TPS. She has been heavily involved in sport her whole life, particularly tennis of which she represented at state and national level in her junior years. Sophie enjoys helping clients achieve their individual goals and varies her treatment to make it specific for each clients’ needs. She is a strong advocate for hands on treatment combined with exercises to assist with long term and sustainable outcomes.

Sophie loves helping clients of all ages and gender, but does hold particularly interest in Pilates and women’s health issues associated with this. She has extensive training in both mat & clinical Pilates and loves teaching classes almost every day of the week. She is also a big AFL fan, and on winter weekends enjoys assisting footballers in the Divison 1 men’s amateur league on match day and with mid week trainings.
