We are pleased to release our updated Studio exercise schedule, commencing November 2019.

We’ve added a third MOVE class for the Over 50’s, now available on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. This physio-led group program is plenty of fun and is designed to help clients improve bone and joint health (including those with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis), maximise muscle strength and improve balance and general mobility.

Early morning exercise classes are also more available with our EQUIP class: equipment exercise sessions, available before work on Tuesdays, and a new FIT class: functional interval training class, available Monday mornings.

Each of these classes offer a fully-personalised and specific program designed to address your specific health concerns and aimed and helping you achieve your goals.
